Physical biometric cards and other forms of proof of your residency and immigration conditions are being replaced with electronic visas.

Alternatively, come to the Kingston Council contact centre, Guildhall 2, KT1 1EU on Mondays or Fridays between 10am-2pm. Someone will offer assistance there and then or make an appointment for further assistance on another day.
